- EBEugene BondarDec 26, 20251.0Marrissa is very unresponsive. I was a holdover customer from the previous owners and decided to remain with this brokerage after Marissa took over. However, on multiple occasions, she has not responded promptly. Finally, I was unable to reach her (despite multiple calls, voicemails, and emails) to cancel my auto-renewal. I am glad I left this brokerage because I do not want to waste my time chasing this firm to address my insurance needs. Find another broker because this one isn't anxious to assist.
