  We had the great pleasure of meeting and speaking with Agent Mr.Fernando Huerta Monte’s. My wife and I explained our problem to Fernando that our bank was not getting the account info they needed to properly process our home account. Fernando kept his word of contacting us back before days end with the wonderful news that the necessary corrections on the bank’s computer system was taken care of fully and we would not run into this difficulty any longer! He successfully found where the problem was and made the corrections. Fernando, is a prime example of what an insurance agent should be and thanks to him, Allstate now has a very happy Mr. & Mrs.client! Hats off to you Fernando and THANKYOU so much for helping us straighten out this serious issue!   We had the great pleasure of Mr. Fernando working on our situation. He was very helpful, considerate and kept up on everything he said he would. His demeanor is very pleasant and patient. We give him a definite 5 stars ⭐️ for his work. Now, we just hope our mortgage company gets all the info they need.
