  Henry g was extremely helpful to a miscommunication I had with the claims department today and that they did stop the claim payment because of a simple question of verifying the account that it was going in and it was a very simple question which led Abby in the claims department to prompt canceling my claim payout and issuing me out a check not knowing how long it's going to take now to get funds for my total loss to my vehicle but thankfully Henry g has prompted emails and phone call conversations that deescalated the situation I was dealt with this morning I just wanted to commend Henry g's performance on what a productive lucrative and professional person he is he made a bad situation turn into something that maybe typically should have been handled that way in the first place I think dealing with things digitally these problems are very concerning because it puts the customer at risk on reversing claims losing money having things done that you don't request or you don't want done Henry explained everything in a very professional manner and this is intended and committed to his professionalism and I want to thank the whole entire Glen Cove team at State Farm along with Henry g's colleagues with problems that have come up they are very truly taking care of any situation quickly professionally and satisfying me as a customer I do want to wish everyone well and I hope you find this message to take into consideration their professionalism and in turn compensating somebody if they were up for a promotion again speaking very highly of Henry g
