- PTPaul TJan 11, 20251.0Been a customer for 2 years. They never call back. What is the point of a local agent if you can't call with a a question? When you call the 800 number, they direct me back to my local agent, who only is interested in serving new customers. I guess home, auto, and umbrella isn't enough business to call a client back. My father had his own agency for 15 years in the late 90s -2000s. Boy how times have changed. Will be shopping around. If you want Allstate, look elsewhere.
