  Awful costumer service, after Bibi Baksh took over for Mr. Michael Weiss, everything changed for the worse, costumer service and communication is awful.

  This office and Bibi herself are AWFUL!!! She took over the office and although the guy she bought it from should have announced his departure, as someone new, she should have introduced herself. I should have known then that she was AWFUL and did not know how to run a business. The office was often closed during stated business hours. We pay extra to have the personal service of a broker over just calling Allstate and purchasing online or over the phone for a cheaper price and there was ZERO personal service!! I know others who have had issues with her office and left as well due to poor service. I had never even met or spoken with Bibi as she was NEVER in the office and when asked if I could have her call me, I ALWAYS got some sort of excuse. I do not normally say negative things publicly but when my insurance was cancelled due to a payment issue, NO ONE notified me and I was unknowingly driving for 3 weeks without insurance!!!!!! When I called I was told “oh, I’m sure Allstate sent you an email”. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE FROM A BROKER THAT I PAY HIGHER RATES TO FOR PERSONALIZED SERVICE!!! As stated, there were multiple issues throughout the time I used her, but this was HORRIBLE!!! I am so fortunate that I was not in an accident!! AVOID USING HER AT ALL COSTS! There are other Allstate brokers in Glen Vove the deserve your business if you want to use Allstate.

  They are the biggest scammers! Allstate should strip this agent off their agency license. please do yourself a favour and not associate with this office. Fahim Morshed was(or supposedly is) my insurance agent. My car was stolen in October and I find out that I don’t have comprehensive insurance policy in effect (although I paid for it) because Fahim didn’t do the paperwork. 2 weeks later after providing all the text message and email proof Allstate acknowledged and took on the insurance claim. Now his office is refusing to refund my premium of 4 months though car was reported stolen in October and was totalled by Allstate.
