- TAT AppelJul 28, 20231.0Worst customer service ever. They answer the phone with a mumbled “hello” and do not identify their name or company. You actually have to ask “is this Allstate?”. They speak to you with a general air of condescension and disdain. My “agent” would not even take my calls. I don’t recommend this agent or company.
