- WCWhen you come after a King Don't Miss CheckmateTimeMay 4, 20241.0If I'm being honest I've been asking for information from this corporation of why and what am I paying so much for insurance when they wouldn't even cover a rental and I've never been into an accident until then. I have sent them notice of trespass and notice of intent. Which they never responded to. Soon and I mean very soon everyone will be held accountable for their unconstitutional policies practices and procedures Qua Warrento will be filled.

They are unprofessional and completely lack any sort of customer service etiquette, urgency or respect. After years and years with this agency, recently we got so frustrated, we switched to another company and chose to even pay a little more for our car and house premium just for better service and respect. Do not recommend them. Cannot say that enough.
