  I was transferred to Diane's office after having the worst experience ever with another Allstate Agent. Upon speaking to Robin I am so so grateful shes here to ACTUALLY take care of you. The service this location provides is unbelievably and above and beyond. If you have questions about your account THEY actually help you and not just use you for sales. Many many many times ive spoken to Robin and I can't believe the service I get. She listens and ACTUALLY treats me like a client. She goes above and beyond and will help with any questions you have regarding your insurance. This location quiet honestly has given me hope in Allstate again. Yes my payments are high but this office works with you. Actually cares about their clients and not here to ruin our lives. Highly recommend you go to Diane's office because you will get the care you deserve. Not sure why I waited so long. But im glad I have them now on my side!

  Allstate Insurance Agent Diane Dilorenzo and her team April and Grace are professional, friendly and always patient when handling my insurance needs. Plus they try their best to save you money on your policies. I would recommend Allstate 100% hands down!
