I had the worst experience EVER, with this woman. If I could post negative stars I would. She is mean and callous. 2 times I went to this agency to make a payment. My agent moved out of town so I was forced to go elsewhere. The first time I went to Jeanne was 6 months ago. I showed up to make my payment and she never showed to the office. I waited from 8:55 am to 9:20 am. Then I had to go to work. I found a different agent the following day.
Today I was on my way to work and wanted to try Jeanne again. And again Jeanne was late. At 9:05 am she pulled up with her little dog in her arms. I waited on the front porch as she entered the building from a different door. a couple minutes went past, the door opened and the first words out of her mouth was, " Are you a customer of this agency?" I replied no and explained my situation about my agent moving away. I said that I am an Allstate customer wanting to make my payment. She said that she would not process another agents check and refused to service me. She was the most bitter person that I have ever encountered. And I told her that too. I said that I am going to call Allstate and complain about her actions and attitude. She said "You go right ahead Mister" with the most cocky attitude I have ever seen. I said Oh I will. Then she went back inside. So I walked back to my car to get some paper. I walked back to her door with Allstate's 1800 number ringing in my ear on my phone. I was writing down Jeanne's name and number on the paper, As I was doing so, Jeanne came back outside as the agent on the phone said hello and Jeanne yelled out "Are you going to get off of my property?" in a mean tone. I said yes just after I get your information. She went back inside and I left the property and completed my complaint about Jeanne. I am a 30 year customer with Allstate and I have NEVER encountered such attitude from anyone anywhere at anytime, more so than this woman Jeanne Graceffo. She needs Re-Training on customer skills.
