  When my agent retired I was afraid my new agent wouldn’t be as responsive, helpful, friendly, and provide the best discounts available without me asking. Well I was wrong! Bruna Caravousanos goes above and beyond! She responds almost immediately, is always friendly, keeps you updated on pending claims, and even assists when the claims department doesn’t properly handle their end. She does not have to do that, yet she still does. I’m extremely happy with Bruna, she is definitely one of the reasons I stay with Allstate.

  They are all very caring professionals. They have no problem calling with a reminder. That are always so helpful with policy changes and updates. I highly recommend this insurance group.
