  Over the last few months I have had the opportunity to work with Kaila at Suzanne Lemke Allstate regarding policy changes along with a claim. It is seldom you will find someone who consistently shows an incredibly upbeat and helpful outlook as Kaila does. This was not a one off, but rather multiple calls over multiple days. All my policy changes and coverages were managed quickly and accurately each time. In my most recent call regarding a cracked windshield Kaila quickly answered my questions regarding replacement and proceeded to schedule the repair all in minutes. Super efficient and appreciated. I cannot say enough good things about Kaila and the entire team at Suzanne Lemke Allstate.
