Do NOT get a policy from this office. My experience with Sammy Martinez State Farm was absolutely horrible and extremely upsetting. This place will do anything to get your money, with no regard for your best interest as a customer.
The employees are dishonest and engage in very shady practices. I personally became aware of situations where fake email accounts were created using customers’ names so that extra policies could be added without their knowledge. This allows them to sneak coverage onto accounts that customers never agreed to. Most people wouldn’t even realize it until much later.
On top of that, insurance rates constantly go up with little to no explanation. When you try to call and ask questions, you either can’t get through or you’re given the runaround. No accountability, no transparency.
Do not let the good reviews fool you. Many of them are not genuine. Employees are encouraged to have friends and family leave positive Google reviews to make the office look reputable. It is misleading and deceptive.
This office caused me stress, frustration, and financial loss. I would never recommend Sammy Martinez State Farm to anyone. Please protect yourself and take your business elsewhere.

I can’t sing the praises of Elizabeth enough. In one phone call, she quickly fixed a problem for me that had been going on for weeks. She has strong empathy for customers and explains things in easy-to-understand terms. I have full confidence that she can tackle any problem that might come my way. Thank you!
