  Absolute worst experience, I was with Allstate for over 25 years. I found a better Insurance company. When I tried to cancel my policies, I had to jump through hoops. Climb a mountain and orbit earth. Never spoke or herd from Joey Sasson, I also believe he don't exist. First my Auto policy was canceled only. Then I had to go through it all again to cancel home Insurance. I highly recommend to go elsewhere.

  Horrific customer service and incompetence is what you get form this agency. Joey Sasson does not return any of his calls. Never seen anything quite like this.

  The WORST experience as a customer EVER. I've reached out to my Allstate agent on 3/31/2022, requesting for a landlord policy quote. He assigned his staff to me and asked for the rental property address. After I gave them the address, they NEVER respond to me ever since. I reached out again on 5/13/2022, my agent referred the same staff to assist me. This time the staff didn't even respond AT ALL. If Allstate doesn't do landlord policy for the property location, at least have the courtesy to let me know. I need to buy a policy for closing the mortgage. This is a HORRIBLE customer service I've ever had. I had been Allstate customer for 12 years and when I need them that's how they treat their customer. WOW!!!!! UNBELIEVABLE! I'll shop somewhere else and I'll most likely cancel my current policy and go elsewhere. You have the nerve to ask me to complete a survey. Jesus Christ!
