- DSDmitry SMar 31, 20241.0The woman on the phone had the worst attitude ever. Aggressive for no reason and completely unwilling to help. I felt like I was forcing her to do work. Also picked up the phone in Russian and kept switching to Russian (granted I am fluent and it isn't a problem for me, but it's unprofessional).
