There’s never a question that I ask her that she hasn’t provided an answer for me yet. Even when she doesn’t know the answer she lets me know that she’ll get back to me and she does do so in a timely manner. I’ve been dealing with her for more than a decade now and when other insurance companies try to make me an offer I tell them that my business partner is the one who deals with that part of the business and then give them the office number to Brooklyn. Being a small business owner Sharon has made it possible for me to run with the big boys and in doing so she actually got me to another level in business which says a lot. I look forward to my years of continuing great service coming from Sharon because every year she seems to get better.
