  Once again I must say my Allstate agents Michael and Angie V. are a trenendous asset to Allstate/A.J.Ciccone agency. I cannot say enough great things about them. I have been a customer for over thirty years and I was in the process of changing my insurance via the phone/computer still with Allstate and although I hate to admit I am not computer savy 😥 Michael V. was so so patient, calm and so professional as always, he walked me through my change even through my mistakes and frustration he was so nice, patient and so helpful...I must say Angie and Michael are wonderful agents to work with and they treat clients like Family..I love the calls from Angie when my insurance payments are about due, I so appreciate the reminders! I plan to continue with them hopefully for many years to come!!!

  My car was totaled by a speeding truck with faulty brakes. Having coverage, but no collision, I was on my own to deal with this driver's insurance company. However, once I called my insurance company, Allstate, I was treated like a 5 star client by Angie Vastardis whose helpfulness and patience made dealing with this situation easier to handle. Thank you, Angie.
