They were kind and receptive and nice to do business with. I cant say the same for the corporate prices though.Insurance premiums raise every 6 months. Mine have increased over 29% in just 2 years! That is with no accidents and only a windshield claim. They used to come to your house to fix it and this time I had to go to a shop or pay more money. So yeah, you are getting less for more money. There should be a cap on how much they can increase your premiums with no justification.

They mishandled the insurance setup from the start, and I only discovered this by chance two years later. Even then, they had the audacity to pin the blame on me again! I’ve since switched to another company and now pay nearly half of what I did before!
