  I had a great experience with my insurance agent Yasmine Ismail She did an excellent job helping me add my 18-year-old daughter to my insurance policy. The process was quick, smooth, and clearly explained, which made everything much easier for me. She was professional, helpful, and made sure we got the right coverage. I really appreciate the great service and attention to detail. Highly recommend!

  Serious Warning to Potential Customers I am writing this review to warn others about my experience with Nicks Agency Insurance. I purchased an insurance policy in good faith after agreeing to specific terms. Later, I discovered that the company changed the pricing and conditions without proper notice or my consent. This kind of behavior is misleading and completely unacceptable for any insurance provider. Once I noticed the issue, I canceled the policy immediately. After that, attempting to communicate with the company became extremely difficult. Calls were ignored or delayed, and when I finally reached someone, the staff was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Instead of offering a clear explanation or taking responsibility, they avoided the issue and provided no meaningful support. I have retained all records, communications, and documentation related to this matter. Based on the seriousness of these actions and the way I was treated, I am now pursuing legal options to address this situation properly. Insurance companies are supposed to act with transparency, honesty, and professionalism. Unfortunately, this agency failed in all of those areas. I strongly recommend that anyone considering this company review all documents carefully, monitor their accounts closely, and consider other providers. Based on my experience, I would not trust this agency and do not recommend them to others.
