  I have been a customer with Allstate for years. A big reason for why I have stayed a customer for so long was because of my experiences I have had with their agent Julie she has always been very knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. Julie always took good care of me as a customer. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience this past year the few times I have reached out to this office and received support from their agent Jennifer. This agent in my few encounters with her has come across argumentative and short and just flat out rude when trying to inquire to why my policy seems to have been going up every renewal period within the past year and a half. The few experiences I had with her this past year nothing ended up getting resolved she would always just use the excuse that all insurance companies rates were going up and did not look to see if it was possible to get me a lower rate to retain me as a customer. At this point because of my experience with this agent and not feeling like my needs were being met I have decided to shop around and ended up getting a much lower rate with a different company with the same coverage elsewhere. Overall I’m quite disappointed as I really did like being a customer with Allstate throughout the years thanks to the great customer service Julie had always provided me and the rapport I had built with her. Sadly, I was not able to have that same experience with others from this office.

  Our saving grace! All the local agents, and numbers called were not open. Thankfully the team over at Michelle Liberta: Allstate Insurance Agency was presently available just when we needed. Great service that you can count on around the clock.
