I called several times and finally was able to get someone on the phone who was not helpful at all. I told Christine I needed some sort af results on how to handle the situation before deadline. I told her I needed to know so I can take action and look for another company if needed, her a seer was " if that what you prefer to do I understand ! Is insane how after so many years, 3 vehicles and couple of houses thus is the way they show appreciation to your loyalty And yes, I will get another company. Thanks!
