I've been with Jake Johnston since 2023 when I first moved out to Nevada from Washington state. I normally never bother to read or write reviews. I chose this agent because I had just gotten a contract to work out in a small mining town and he happened to be the closest agent. As it turns out, this was probably one of the best decisions I have ever made. Recently, I moved twice within the span of 3 months, and although I am further away from my agent, I have decided that I will continue with them for the foreseeable future. It is just incredibly hard to find a dependable agent who is supported by equally reliable staff. What really solidified my decision was a recent experience I had working with Stephanie V. Over the span of 48 hours, we went back and forth working on a renters' insurance policy that would be accepted by my new landlord. The leasing office kept rejecting my binder, citing so- and so- guidelines and I felt I was about to throw in the towel each time we came across a new problem, but Stephanie kept encouraging me to continue. She thought of various documents that she could supply me with to prove that I had renters' insurance that would adequately satisfy my landlord's demands. After 3 attempts, we finally dug up something that was approved. I want to give Stephanie a personal shout-out for sticking with me through this!

A few weeks ago I had to make changes on my auto policies. I went in and saw Stephanie Vawter. She was so knowledgable and professional. She is also friendly and personable. It's not easy to deal with people who think they're doing you a favor by paying you any attention at all, but Stepanie was just the opposite. She thanked me for being a customer and I could tell she meant it. I hope I get to deal with her in the future.
