  Switched this year from another national insurance company to Allstate to insure my home and two vehicles. It was easily accomplished and he price was right. Thankfully have yet to have a claim and the service has been very good. Very satisfied,

  I'm not sure of how to rate this, I'm ok with the agency , totally unhappy with what we have to pay ,or maybe very disappointed with either Allstate, or the Insurance Commissior of this state NV. And every one is going digital, similar to this survey, And since this is posting publicly. I took Allstate from a ad and did everything on phone, that will be something I will not do again .Any insurance, regardless, will do everything they can ,,, because that's were the money is made, my mistake is [ for me ]not researching many more options. Again Allstate seems to be okay ..I do not dislike the people, in Reno/ Sparks, you give them 5 star. 3 Star. 2 or 4 , I'm going in the middle, again they are there for you all . And maybe the perfect fit for your needs. So don't hesitate to call or that funny phone stuff, they like DRIVE SAFELY
