  I have had insurance with Allstate for many years and it seems like my insurance just keeps going up. I drive a 4 door white Nissan versa and my insurance is 313 a month why? When I call and ask no one can explain why when I have friend with 4x4 vehicles with the same coverage paying half of what I do. This does not make any sense. When I have called my local office there is not empathy for there customers. Brian told me they had a new policy come out and he would see if a quality and call me back. I never got a call back. I am a loyal person so I have not wanted to switch to another company but I’m paying a car payment every month compared to anyone else I know. Iv asked for help several times and have just been ignored by the 1800 number and the local agent. Communication needs improvement for sure! I will be leaving as soon as I can at this point. Do better State Farm you are taking advantage of your customers when they have no other choice!
