  Brian & Michelle are very helpful & very knowledgeable about all aspects of their insurance business. They really helped us out when our house insurance was due, & the bank mishandled, so they sent us to another Allstate Insurance Agency who took our payment, & it was credited that day. They stayed the day. We really appreciated everything they did for us, my mother is a senior citizen, & can’t get out very often, & I really appreciate that I can make payments to Brian or Michelle over the phone, or I can also make payments on-line, which is very convenient also.
