  So today I was offered vehicle insurance with Allstate . A very pleasant and informative lady Leslie Rabina was the insurance agent who helped hook me up with great auto insurance for a much lower price then Gieco. If it were not for her , I probably would have hung up. Thank you Leslie! You saved me a fortune .

  1 give 10 star rating to the agent Miranda who helped me switch to Allstate from Farmers! Very knowledgeable, helpful and patient! Not only was the process easy I’m saving a lot of money too!

  This branch was great about contacting me and helping me save money on my previous policy, which they had no issue sending a cancellation notice too for me to switch to their service. However, when I went to change and cancel my services based on Moving states they were very unhelpful and dishonest. I sent several emails inquiring about canceling my policies, to which I never received a reply about after a week or more. When I called I spoke to an associate named Angie Hiatt, She was EXTREMELY unhelpful. When I tried to explain my situation to her, before she even looked my policy up or viewed my specific situation, she started to Inquire about requiring proof of "my move" , bills of sale, and proof of new insurance. In which she threatened erroneous fines that I would incur unless I kept their policy, and refused to cancel any of my policies. This branch is giving illegitimate requirements and refusing to cancel policies or giving any assistance in providing factual Information, despite being a long time policy holder. Save your time and go through another branch of Allstate. Or if you are unfortunate enough to have already signed up with them and need to cancel or change your policy go through Allstates online chat service, which was very helpful.

  Dana and his team have excellent knowledge of home insurance and car insurance in Nevada and they can provide great insight into the Reno area. They are friendly and try to get to know their customers. I'm thankful to know Dana, so that I have someone to refer my clients that move from VA to his area.
