- DDDanJan 14, 20261.0It is hard to imagine a less competent organization if you have a claim. Our home suffered a lightning strike last summer and the “back office” is a nightmare. The local agency is friendly with sales, but once a claim shows up they disappear and blame the “company”.

- COChar OlkjerApr 3, 20211.0Do not go there. They will keep raising your insurance and if you get in a accident they don't pay for anything. My bill was 850 a month and went up to 2754 a month because of a car accident. When I asked for the paperwork so I know what I'm paying for "they don't have access to that" do not get insurance from them.
