- HBHans BöhrOct 1, 20255.0Went by this State Farm office daily and ment to come back later and never did. That is until the other day. My current insurance company couldn’t insure my next new car simply because of the car. So I stopped by this State Farm office and had met Miranda, this changed everything. I couldn’t believe I had taken all this time to make the switch. In two heartbeats and a blink of an eye Miranda had taken care of any and all concerns I had, plus assured me that when my new car arrives and I share the vin number with her or her office that car will be covered. All this with a smile and lower rates. Anyone having the want or need stop the headaches and visit this office.

I was so disappointed and finally went to another State Farm agent, Ryan Peterson, who I highly recommend. I deal with the same person and Ryan is very professional. In all my communication with Nicole Williams, I only dealt with different staff members every time and they kept messing up the policies...one person mysteriously disappeared from the policy, they took days to return my call, and overall so much confusion. Very disappointed in the service.
