- EMEdward MatherSep 3, 20242.0I received a letter from Allstate saying that they would not be covering my home roof because it is “too old” after being with them for over 35 years. I wonder if they would replace my house because of it being older than my roof?! I see it as Another attempt to have their clients pay for other people’s risk of living in a higher risk area. I suppose that I’m lucky to have insurance coverage (for now anyway) until they decide to cancel me. If don’t live in Louisiana or Florida and don’t like paying for their insurance issues. My agent and their staff have been great otherwise.

Been a customer for maybe a month and my plan is being canceled I was not informed of any information and I for the first time in my life had a bad accident and totaled my car and this has been unbelievable tragedy but also grateful that I walked away I shouldn't be alive and now I'm dealing with the repercussions of poor communication and beyond describable horrific customer service. I specifically got with this company and talk to these people about why I wanted a person that was local and I'm regretting thinking that it would be a better if anything happens.
