Terrible service from her office staff. I did not want to renew our policy so I notified them and they refused to answer my calls or voicemails. They charged our mortgage more than a month in advance for a renewal I didn’t want and at a higher policy amount that I denied. Now I am stuck waiting for a refund on money they should have never received.

We have five vehicles insured with this agent.
We gave her our business because the previous agent was terrible.
Now, it seems the staff is having problems getting customers phone messages.
I was in UC Davis Hospital a few weeks ago and found my checking account had been hacked. The first thing I did was call my autopays. Allstate was one. I also emailed them to take another card number. The woman told me not to worry and make the payment when I got home.
The first thing I did was call them to make the payment. I finally got a call back and was told by a male rep that they require the current payment and the next month....just to be sure!?
We have never been late or filed a claim.
I asked to speak to Melissa directly. She did call back and I missed her call.
However knowing I just had surgery, wouldn't you ask if you would like to send an email.
Follow through with the staff is impossible.
Getting break downs for each car is totally inaccurate. And, for the phone situation, it is very frustrating. It seems that an agent that had 5 vehicles to insure and make a commission on, would be a little more attentive to her customers. Time to look for someone that believes in their customers and knows situations do happen.
