- CKCali Kitty4 days ago1.0This insurance is SUPER overpriced! They gave me a good rate the first 6 months then slowly they raised the prices. I got into an accident that wasn't my fault. Allstate was TERRIBLE to work with and wanted me to do a claim on my policy even though it was 1000% not my fault. I called to see what was going on with the other insurance and they had no idea what was going on! (I have once heard from Brian or his office during this time too might I add.) When I found a much better rate from AAA insurance I called to cancel and the lady was super rude. She said MAKE SURE YOUR INSURANCE DOESN'T LAPSE BECAUSE IT'S A BIG FINE. 3 months later I get something in the mail saying I need to update my info because of a complaint.... I wonder who that was? I saved THOUSANDS switching stop waiting.

Contacted Josh Shepley He gave me a great quote that I was satisfied with. I’m not a homeowner and I declined his quote for renters insurance after a month of my six months I was being billed for things that were dropping off. I was told by Brian that the system automatically put me in there. I’m not going for that because Josh and I had talked several times, I think this was a fraudulent act and his way of getting His commissions, and then me as a customer getting screwed With a very high rate that I would’ve never went for yesterday, Brian and I met face-to-face. He apologized and said this has never happened before which I don’t believe either i’m pretty sure this man has done this a few times whether has been caught or not I have no idea but I know it happened to me. Ryan did refund me the $40 and the $28 that was added to my policy that was appreciated and that saved me as a customer, please if you want to Get an honest quote with Allstate Speak to Brian personally and not Josh
