His ascension to the top job in the agency is recent, but he has been the office manager and the main point of contact there since 2003 when I moved to town. His customer service is top notch. I like him so much that I've remained loyal even when I can get cheaper insurance elsewhere. It takes a lot to earn that kind of loyalty from me, but he earned it as the office manager and continues to earn it as the agent.
