  It was ok. It started off amazing but afterward as the premiums skyrocketed, no one was very helpful. I went in a couple times to discuss some issues but was completely ignored. Auto premiums seemed reasonable at first, but just shot up at each renewal. We only drive less than 4,000 miles a year, why should we pay so much for insurance when we don't take our cars out of the garage that often. I called to talk to an agent but was told they couldn't do anything about it. Thats when I realized it was up to me. So I switched insurance companies. That's the only way to get prices to stabilize. Make them work for your business.

  The service from Michael Gross is outstanding. I have been a customer since 2013 and I recently went in to review my homeowner and auto policies. Michael spent over an hour with me reviewing my coverage and working with me to establish a policy that met all my needs. I left the agency not only saving money, but also with a policy that increased my coverage. Michael is honest and won't pressure you into adding things you don't feel are necessary. Michael does inform you of the various options and coverage he can offer you so that you are informed of possible options for the future. I highly recommend this agent for all your insurance needs.

  STOP STOP THEY Steal , Since 4/4 to 8/10 they did report any insurance proof to the DMV and The result is the police took my car,they inforce me to pay a tow, my plates waS suspended, from 8/14 to 8/27 i been whit no car , i loosening day on my job , i could pick up my kids at the school and my local agent told me it was my problem because when i bought the car i did everything wrong , they put a wrong vin number on the policy and for long four months no vary check that TERRIBLE MISTAKE but the money was taken every month .i past over those terrible days because peaple think they can do everything whit customers,I've been robbed by people with suit and ties , the pass over everything for money ,,
