- LMLeigh MaxieNov 2, 20251.0Stay away from this agency. Agent Judi Adams for this agency committed fraud by stealing money from my bank account to pay for a policy I never asked for and certainly didn't authorize. I reported her to the authorities both FBI for Internet fraud and the locale authorities. I've also issued a formal complaint to the Department of Insurance and have retained an attorney. I paid for an auto policy and Judi Adams wrote a Renter's Insurance policy and stole a second payment from my bank account at the time I paid for my auto policy. The matter is being (unsuccessfully) covered up by the owner Joseph Robertson and James Ryan. This is the very definition of fraud and everyone involved will be held accountable. I STRONGLY ENCOURAGE YOU NOT TO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS AGENCY OR ALLSTATE.

We talked for about 5 minutes and I was all set up. The conversation was so relaxing that you would have thought I was talking to a friend. Best experience I have ever had in my 52 years.
