  Terrible experience with Frazier Insurance concerning my Automobile Insurance. I went with a different Company because I received a much better rate. Then had a very difficult time with the owner over the phone to close my account. He was very rude. Suggest go somewhere else.

  19 years with Allstate, when Fred Ledford retired, it went downhill, I’ve never been treated as rudely as I have by the Dwain Frazier agency, the pricing increase was just way too much, I was knowingly overcharged on my policy and they knew it and told me they would correct it after nine months they did nothing ,Progressive was a third of what they were, after I changed to Progressive they still continued to charge me for insurance, the most disappointing thing I’ve ever experienced

  I’ve been with Frazier Allstate for 20 some years and there’s a lot of reasons why I’ve stayed with them for this long. First of all Dwayne Frazier and Elaine has been nothing but accommodating and very helpful . It’s like they treat you as family not clients. And I’m also goin to give a shoutout to everyone who I’ve made contact with , I was just in a bad accident with a tire blowout in the freeway. Everyone and I mean everyone was just amazing trying to get me back on track to get my car fixed... I would never ever be with any other insurance company but Allstate I’m in great hands with them for sure. Thank you all
