  I can only say I have had the worst customer service experience using this agency. Back in October of last year my daughter, who shared a auto policy with me moved out of state. I than received a increase in my policy which made me explore other options. As a result, I had canceled both policies, one on October 12th and my own on October 16th. I stated please prorate the insurance and send me the bill for the period covered. I than receive a letter from a collection agency stating that I owed up until November 6th. I contacted the Xavien Hood agency and was told to send in documentation which I did. I was told the underwriter's would review it and get back to me. I was basically ignored despite attempts to resolve this issue. Same results with the collection agency. It finally got settled and I was sent the correct prorated amount which I paid the next day. When Allstate uses Mayhem in their commercials, They must have this agency in mind.

  Met with Mr. Hood, and he's real! He loves what he does and takes his job seriously. He knows his community and gets involved. His business is his home away from home. First impressions mean a lot to me and I'm pretty good speaking what's on my mind. There are lots of bad agents, in-between agents and good, Mr. Hood falls amongst the good! I'll endorse him!
