  I’m extremely disappointed with this experience. I asked Kathy for a quote to transfer my existing Virginia policy to Nevada, and she assured me it would match my previous coverage. Instead, I was issued bare-minimum coverage a ~92% reduction from my prior policy. She even added a renters insurance bundle, claiming it would save me money and was a great deal but it only appeared cheaper than competitors because she slashed almost all of my coverage. In what world does someone who’s been with Allstate for over 7 years at high coverage suddenly switch to the lowest coverage plan? When I questioned the differences, she said I had the minimum before and my policy reflected what I had in Virginia which is blatantly false. My Allstate agent in Virginia confirmed I have one of the higher coverage plans and she couldn’t even see the new Nevada policy because she did not initiate a transfer at all she must created a minimum policy. I didn’t receive the policy details email until after payment, despite asking. She was hyper-responsive when taking payment, but now that there’s an issue to resolve, I’m waiting hours for a response. This felt like a blatant bait-and-switch. Misleading, unprofessional, and frustrating. The friendliness up front does not equal honesty or understanding after. I’m still waiting on a resolution from Kathy or a manager that I asked to be connected with. This was not what I expected at all from the reviews of this agency or from Allstate. I’m usually very trusting of them, but I always double check and I’m so glad I did. I recommend anybody that inquires here. Read everything they give you and compare it to anything you previously had.

  I’ve had such a great experience with Kathy Rodriguez. From the very beginning, the process of getting a quote was quick, easy, and transparent. Their rates are competitive, and I feel like I’m getting excellent coverage for a fair price. What really stood out to me was their customer service. Kathy was every professional, friendly, and patient when answering my questions. THANK YOU AGAIN KATHY !!!
