When I chose this agency, the salesman told me that if I had a good driving record, I would receive a 15% rebate from what I had paid. Looking at the app on my phone, every trip of mine that it shows says good trip. When I saw my bill for the next six months, not only was there no rebate but also the rate had INCREASED. Of course, that's what salespeople do. My search for a new agency has begun.

They truly provide exceptional customer service. We inherited this agency when our agent, who we liked very much, retired last year. We were skeptical about a new office but they're just as good, if not better, than the one before. We're very lucky to have Maria and Sheryl handling our auto and homeowner's insurance.
