- RARhonda AlexanderDec 31, 20255.0Allstate has always been a wonderful company. Responds quickly, like when I went to go to work at 7am only to find a flat tire in my car. Called Allstate, they had a tow truck here within 30 minutes, he took me to the nearest tire store and I was at work by 9am. Thanks Allstate?!

Shane has been an absolute pleasure to work with not only does he know his business he’s there to answer the phone when you have a question or a claim. My previous agent was never available when calling their office and felt like I was always being pushed off to a call center. If you’re looking for an agent, you can count on to be there when you need them. I would highly recommend making a switch like I did to Shane.
