Called Allstate, they had a tow truck here within 30 minutes, he took me to the nearest tire store and I was at work by 9am. Thanks Allstate?!

Shane has been an absolute pleasure to work with not only does he know his business he’s there to answer the phone when you have a question or a claim. My previous agent was never available when calling their office and felt like I was always being pushed off to a call center. If you’re looking for an agent, you can count on to be there when you need them. I would highly recommend making a switch like I did to Shane.

I tried to switch to Progressive and got rerouted to like 5 different people for hours, none of which could help me get switched. Maddie got me a quote for HALF what Geico was charging us and got me all set up in less than an hour. She set up everything for me, all I had to do was tell her my coverages and sign a couple of digital things while chilling in the pool. I'm so happy with Allstate right now and Maddie seriously made my day, my year really. Call her and give her an hour, she's so efficient and kind. Amazing service.

I still have vehicles in Ohio and they were able to help me get coverage on my vehicle in Las Vegas on Thursday. Two days later I was in an accident that was not my fault. Shane has been extremely helpful through the entire process and If I could give them 10 stars I would. If service is important to you, I would definitely recommend using them.
