  fter searching and searching for insurance, I came across this agency—and I couldn’t be happier. Saul, the owner, has been incredibly helpful every time I call. He truly gives meaning to having a personal agent. There have been times I’ve emailed in the middle of the night and received a response within 20 minutes. When I call the office and someone is unavailable, I always get a call back within 10 minutes. The entire staff is friendly, responsive, and never makes you feel rushed, pressured, or upsold. I have my home, auto, and boat insured with them and would absolutely recommend this agency to anyone looking for excellent service and genuine care.

  I am extremely disappointed with the professionalism at this Allstate agency. I had ongoing concerns about repeated premium increases on both my home and auto policies. Each time I called, I was told there was nothing that could be done and that “it’s just the state of Nevada.” After shopping around, I switched companies and received more than a 50% reduction on both my home and auto insurance. That raises serious questions about the value and service I was receiving here. When I called to request written confirmation that my policies were canceled, the agent was dismissive and unprofessional. Instead of assisting, he denied my request and ended the call. That is not how customers should be treated — especially when simply asking for standard documentation. The office staff was polite, but the owner’s handling of the situation was disappointing. Based on my experience, I would not recommend doing business with this agency. I will be pulling out the rest of my family from this office as well.
