  I was wanting to get my policy confirmed. DeAnna picked up my call and was wonderful in helping me. My issue involved my policy insured by a company other than Allstate. She got all the information needed and got back to me promptly. Above all, she is so pleasant and professional. Thank you DeAnna.

  Shoutout to Maria Gamez! Went to high-school with her, small world. She went above and beyond to help me with my new policy. CA rates are just outrageous currently and she was able to beat other competitors by a huge margin. I would have paid about double with anyone else. Truly a blessing to have worked with her! Policy started asap and could not be any more happier! My customer service expectations are usually low so i don't expect much but when someone goes above and beyond, it truly amazes me. Shows how much one truly enjoys helping others and providing them with all the help they may need! Thanks once again Maria :)!
