  Creepy way of asking me to use your insurance agency.. sent me a letter with a photo of my house on the envelope? Based on your prior reviews and your approach, I would never use you.

  I have left so many messages and have never been called back. They charged me for 3 months for a car I signed over to them. They then said they would back date it. I removed my car and it went down to $130. I then got charged again for the car and they pulled the $230 from my bank after saying they were back dating $400. Once again I’m yet to receive a callback. Allstate claims department was great. I want to stay with Allstate but absolutely regret using this agent!
