- BPBill PerryFeb 3, 20263.0It was ok. It started off amazing but afterward as the premiums skyrocketed, no one was very helpful. I went in a couple times to discuss some issues but was completely ignored. Auto premiums seemed reasonable at first, but just shot up at each renewal. We only drive less than 4,000 miles a year, why should we pay so much for insurance when we don't take our cars out of the garage that often. I called to talk to an agent but was told they couldn't do anything about it. Thats when I realized it was up to me. So I switched insurance companies. That's the only way to get prices to stabilize. Make them work for your business.
