  Jonathon and Tristian from the McDonough Allstate Agency have gone above and beyond helping me with both my wife’s and my insurance needs. I have been with the McDonough agency for over twenty years however have never experienced this type of personalized service. I highly recommend this agency to help with any insurance needs

  I received a call every other week about "updates" to save money for things I repetitively rejected. It got to the point that I saved the number to reject the calls because every time I said I already said no, they would say "Oh". My rates went up every cycle without notice and without a reason. When I would ask, I was told it was "because of the market". I was paying almost $350 for 1 vehicle in a suburban area with low accident rates in my area. When I finally switched to a cheaper insurance, this Allstate insurance firm did not oblige by the courtesy cancellation. My new insurance sent a document over a week and a half in advance to ensure I would not have a lapse and all the fine details could be ironed out in advance. I called a call center representative as my policy showed it was still active and I had a due balance. The representative at the call center explained the process had not been started to cancel my policy and canceled it for me. Once the policy was canceled, they then charged me a fee for canceling when they have been over charging me for years on auto insurance that didn't even cover HALF of what my other insurance is now covering for half the cost. I have had 2 different Allstate Firms for Insurance and both wrecked my wallet. Please save yourself the head ache and find a better policy.
