  Had someone hit my car in the parking lot of a Best Buy doing minor damage.When I came out of the store the truck that hit me was still parked next to me.I informed the person when he came out of the store that he had hit my car,his response " I didn't do that".We exchanged info and he had Allstate as I did.Called claims the next morning to file a claim on his policy and told them I did not want anything going on my policy.Found out later they put the claim on my policy,had to have them open a claim on his policy.After sending in pictures of his truck and the way it was parked next to me I was informed by phone they could not tell for sure that he did the damage since he is saying that he did not do it.After exchanging info I went in and asked to see the security video of the parking lot and it clearly shows this persons truck hitting my car,but Best Buy will not give me a copy of it.I told Allstate they had a video to prove he did it but they didn't seem to care.When the adjuster called me to tell me my claim had been denied I asked if there was adjuster in the area that I could talk with and was told that there was not.Seems to me since we both had Allstate and I don't have coverage on my policy to cover the repairs it was easy for them to deny the claim and not investigate the video and not have to put out any money.Really a dirt bag of a company!

  Super friendly and helpful staff! We got our special events insurance here. Marie Ann made sure I was taken care of her assistant Angie with what I need. Angie made sure I get the best deal and assisted me all the way in getting it. I highly recommend this All state branch!
