- CSCatherine ScottJul 30, 20251.0I’ve been customer of Allstate for over 20 years. Attempted to work through an inaccurate report that came from Allstate inspection. This put my homeowner policy in jeopardy. Questions went unanswered for weeks. When I gave up and called to cancel the homeowner policy the agent, Jay, couldn’t be bothered to return my calls and finally when I sent email made it clear he couldn’t care less that I was cancelling. Really unprofessional. Oh well. Got a policy within a few days from another company who actually seems to care about their customers. On a side note it seems that maybe Allstate is using these reports as a tactic to drop their customers homeowners insurance in certain areas. When they are inaccurate burden of proof is on you. Be careful.
