Terrible experience with Frazier Insurance concerning my Automobile Insurance. I went with a different Company because I received a much better rate. Then had a very difficult time with the owner over the phone to close my account. He was very rude. Suggest go somewhere else.

I love Allstate, they treat you like family. Stephanie has the best customer service I’ve ever seen super friendly super patient answers all my crazy questions. She is definitely the best at what she does. Thank you again Stephanie.❤️

I spoke to Mr. Frazier when my insurance went up yet again. He found a way to save me on my insurance. I also explained it to Mr. Frazier I have a traumatic brain injury and to make sure that if something goes wrong to please call me. I know I said this. I tell everyone I do business with. They did not inform me my payments were not going through. So lastnight, I had to fork out over a thousand dollars by midnight or my insurance would be canceled. We are not in good hands with allstate. Especially this office here. With the high price of insurance, you would think that you could get a courtesy call saying your payment did not go through. Well mine did not. Another company called me the moment my payment did not go through. That was when I found out that my account was hacked and my account was frozen by my bank. Who also did not inform me of the fraud. So, Mr. Frazier and the Allstate company really do not care about you or your business. They love the money you spend on their over priced insurance. Other than that they do not care about their customers. Believe me.

Horrible experience… my policies have been cancelled multiple times with no warning and all due to the agencies failure to do their job. My home policy has been cancelled multiple times due to them not uploading inspection pictures, not sending the bill to the right mortgage company and simply not following up. I have also had atv policies cancel for no reason. I’d stay away far away unless you want to check your policy daily to make sure they didnt mess it up.
