  Terrible experience with Frazier Insurance concerning my Automobile Insurance. I went with a different Company because I received a much better rate. Then had a very difficult time with the owner over the phone to close my account. He was very rude. Suggest go somewhere else.

  I love Allstate, they treat you like family. Stephanie has the best customer service I’ve ever seen super friendly super patient answers all my crazy questions. She is definitely the best at what she does. Thank you again Stephanie.❤️

  I called to get insurance at the end of the month. I was later informed by the DMV that i had a lapse in my insurance. I called all state and they said I got a better rate if they started my policy a week late and that's why they started it 9 days later, sticking me with a $500.00 dollar bill. I bought a new car and they raised my insurance over 350.00 dollars per month. They also overlook the fact that I wanted my house insured so they didn't, without telling me, that they had an issue collecting from my escrow account, Until I found out 6 months later. Anyone that wants to get ignored and abused should insure with this company. I'm blaming myself for trusting them like I did and letting all that happen.

  I will be able to say more when I have settle a claim. I put a new roof on my house and your service department did not recognize it and told me my roof was the original roof and I was given a 25% credit. That should be a 3 star rating. I am a retired Building Inspector (15 yrs) and General Contractor (32 Yrs).
