  While going through a refinance in a time crunch, UW requested specific policy declarations to be revised with updated information. On very short notice, Eugene stepped up, acted quickly, and made it happen! He and his team were understanding and worked as quickly as possible to provide the updated documentation to assist in closing the transaction. A big ‘Thank you’ to Eugene and his team!   Told them multiple times I can no longer afford paying $1200 per 6 months for car insurance. Was brushed off. When I left for a better price, suddenly they all could talk. Been with All-State for 12 years. Hopefully this year is my last. As soon as my homeowners expires I will move that as well. All-State is highway robbery. (Edit 09/24) I most definitely WAS your client, I have all the proof needed to back that claim up. If I weren't you'd already sue me. To say I wasn't your client is just to add more insult to injury, and just goes to show how you conduct business.
