    Happy Holidays from Me to You. My review today pertaining to Allstate office Eric Butwinick and his entire team. I’ve been a long time member with Allstate and continue with this team because of their loyalty and commitment protecting me, my assets and making sure I’m safe. My coverage for auto and apartment insurance is never ending always there for me. Hence with the current cost of living increase and inflation I’m pleased although there has been an increase in my rates I feel that it implicate that with the increase my coverage and well being is safe and secure.     These guys are the worst. They never answer the phones and they just pick up and hang up when you try to call.

    I am profoundly disappointed with my experience with the Eric Butwinick Allstate Agency. To win my business away from another company, they made a series of promises that were unmet, from pricing to coverage equity. When I had an issue with Allstate's underwriting, they basically disappeared. I had moved all my lines to them, and now I am moving them away as quickly as I can. When I left messages with Mr. Butwinick to call me and discuss, he ignored them. My advice, if you intend to do business with this agency, is to carefully check every claim they make, and don't change your coverage until you see it all in writing.
