Mr. Sanchez went over my coverage when I had to make changes to my homeowner policy and improved my coverage without a dramatic increase in cost. Most recently, this week, Laura called me to go over my auto policy that had just renewed to ensure I was happy with my coverage. Laura reviewed my policy and the coverages I want but then I asked her about cost savings for low mileage as I only drive 1,500-2,000 miles a YEAR. She looked at my policy and saw the underwriting was for 10,000 miles a year. My car is 14 years old and has 24,156 miles TOTAL. She asked me to provide proof of my most recent smog (August 2024) and a photo of my odometer. She warned me that it may take a few attempts to get the underwriters to accept the mileage correction. She said she would personally stay on top of it and call me as soon as she heard anything. I texted her the requested information as soon as we got off the phone. Within 1 week, Laura called me again to tell me that they had approved the mileage change and saved me about $70/month on my renewal policy. I realize this is a specific case that may not apply to many, but the bigger compliment is that Laura went way above the call of duty to help me and saved me money. This office has always answered my questions expeditiously and I know that if I need anything to do with my insurance I can call and will get the help I need. If you are considering Allstate, Laura and Mr. Sanchez deserve your time and consideration.
