She helped us find the right health insurance for us and reviewed our doctors/hospitals/medications to be sure we had a plan that covers them all. This last year was a different story. She was never available when we called for an appointment. I left messages with her receptionist and on her voicemail beginning a month before open enrollment and she never returned my phone calls. I don't know if she got too busy to handle all of her clients or if it was just poor management of her business. We had to go elsewhere for help.
