  I have had a difficult relationship with this office in my two years in Las Vegas. While the people who answer the phone and attempt to help are sincere and demonstrate effort, the owner of this office is AWOL. She made three appointments with me to meet on Zoom and none of them ever happened. While I realize that there may be technical issues involved, she never once reached out to me with an apology or explanation. This is just plain bad business, not to mention a waste of my time. Furthermore, State Farm’s auto insurance rates have skyrocketed unconscionably and I plan to shop around for another company.

  Noah is always making sure I understand everything he said. He always take his time and has a great communication, listen and provide his knowledge truly very helpful and great an outstanding state farm agent.

  I highly recommend Noah at Caitlyn Whitford State Farm Insurance. Noah has alot of general knowledge about the insurance industry. This year I decided to insure my condo with them. Although I have not had to file a claim, Noah helped me to determine the cause of a kitchen plumbing problem. I had contacted my HOA management company to determine if perhaps my problem was related to a larger complex problem. They implied that my problem was the original cause of the complex's problem. I called Noah to pick his brain. He recommended that I call Plumbing Kings and ask for a low cost estimate of any work necessary. They came out and determined that debris in my lines was caused by degrading valves and the debris from turning water on and off to the complex. They gave me estimates for a repair and documented that my plumbing issues could not have caused the issues for the complex. I sent the report to the management company. I am grateful that Noah recommended them. He was really a life saver!

  I am extremely happy with Noah Singer, the agent and office manager I exclusively use at Caitlyn Whitford's State Farm Agency. He is courteous and professional, and has quite the gift of translating insurance lingo into understandable terms. I appreciate his excellent follow-through and always feel he has my best interest at heart. You will not regret using Noah for any of your insurance needs!

  Great experience with this State Farm office! Noah is especially knowledgeable and always very prompt in getting back to me—he makes everything easy and stress-free. The whole team is professional, responsive, and clearly knows what they’re doing. I’ve already referred a few people and will continue to do so—highly recommend!
