  I do not recommend this insurance company because their rates keep going up. I own three cars; I started out paying a little over $350, but now they have raised my rate to nearly $400—supposedly because I drove more miles this year. Instead of maintaining my price—given that I’ve had zero accidents, insure both my home and my cars with them, and am a good customer—they are charging me more. No recomiendo esta compañía de seguros porque sus tarifas siguen subiendo. Tengo tres coches; empecé pagando un poco más de 350 dólares, pero ahora han aumentado mi tarifa a casi 400 dólares, supuestamente porque conduje más millas este año. En lugar de mantener mi precio, dado que no he tenido ningún accidente, seguro tanto mi casa como mis coches con ellos, y soy un buen cliente, me están cobrando más.

  Our experience with Samuel ****'s Insurance Agency has been very positive. Our insurance rates have been fair. Everyone we have dealt with at Samuel's agency with has been very pleasant and easy to communicate with.

  Worst agency. Never answer their phone nor return voice-mails. Due to bad service had to switch Insurance.
